I provide customized therapeutic massages catered to each individual. With over 35 years of experience, each day is a learning experience to enhance my skills further. I listen to your individual needs and personalize each session to work towards achieving your goals.
A graduate of the Humanities Center School of Massage and the Aveda Institute, I bring a blend of Eastern and Western modalities to every session. My training in Shiatsu and High Touch Acupressure, combined with Western therapeutic techniques like Neuro Muscular and Structural massage, allows me to offer a deeply holistic healing experience.
I work with each client to provide a personalized and individualized treatment that best suits their needs. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply need time to restore and rebalance, every session is tailored to you.
My philosophy for skin care is that consistent good habits maintain youthful skin, a rejuvenated glow, and healthy, natural, beautiful skin. I determine which products are best suited for your skin type and address any concerns you may have.

A CBD massage incorporates cannabidiol-infused products into your therapeutic session. CBD is known for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, enhancing the benefits of massage for deeper relief and relaxation. The 60-minute session is $90.
